Returns Policy

At Kabiri we offer FREE RETURNS on all UK orders


We want you to love your Kabiri purchase, so if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.

Simply log into your account and go to the RMA section.

Click the ‘Request New Refund’ tab, which will take you to a new screen called ‘My Requested Returns’. Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the requested questions.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the RMA number.

Write this RMA number on the front of your package, using the sticky label enclosed with your receipt, and post it back to Kabiri in the original packaging. 

UK orders can be retuned in the pre-paid returns envelope enclosed with the shipment. For international orders we recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card. Alternatively we can credit your account. Should you prefer credit please mention this when requesting your RMA number.

If you wish to return a gift, we will gladly exchange the item or credit your account, however if you are not registered you will need to sign up.


For an exchange simply follow the above process but in ‘My Requested Returns’ specify in the notes, which items you would like to have in exchange and we will either refund you the difference in value or contact you to take any extra monies. We will also need to arrange where to post your new order, so please state your delivery address in the notes.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).
  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
  • We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
  • Kabiri does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Packages without an RMA number will unfortunatley not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Kabiri.
  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
  • Kabiri does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
