What type of jewellery does Kabiri sell?
The jewellery we carry ranges from costume through to fashion and super high end fine jewellery. Our ethos is to combine a trend-focused, but not trend-led mix of jewellery designers from across the globe.

Are the collections/designers exclusive to Kabiri?
Many of the fabulous jewellery designers featured on this website remain exclusive to Kabiri in the UK. The designers will be highlighted as being exclusive in their biographies. In other cases, designers may create totally exclusive collections or specific jewellery items for Kabiri. This will be stated in the product descriptions.

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?
Kabiri deals direct with the individual jewellery designers. We unconditionally guarantee that every item is 100% authentically by the specific designer.
We are unable to comment on the authenticity of any other items not purchased from Kabiri.

What material is used in the jewellery?
Our designers use an eye-boggling range of high-quality materials and processes, as unique as the designs themselves. These are outlined in the product description in as much detail as we can proffer, however we are always happy to answer any further questions you may have. Just email or call our personal shopper.

Are the stones real?
Where stated, the stones are real. Weights are included in the product descriptions. If you would like further information please email or call our personal shopper.

Are diamonds all from traceable sources?
Kabiri works with independent designers who source their stones ethically. In some cases, designers re-use antique stones in their new designs. For further information please see our diamond information page.

Are chains included for necklaces?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Are the products pictured actual size on the website?
Due to variations in screen monitor sizes, it is impossible to accurately depict the size of the jewellery. We do provide accurate measurements in the product descriptions.

Can I view the jewellery in person?
Of course. We have two Central London shops, Marylebone and the King's Road. Private appointments to view jewellery can be booked at these locations.

Can I have an item altered to my specifications?
Yes we can for the majority of fine jewellery items, just contact Kabiri’s personal shopper with your request.
We are unable to carry out alterations on costume and some fashion jewellery pieces.

How do I care for my jewellery?
With a little TLC, your beautiful new jewellery should easily outlast you. Ensure that it does by following our simple jewellery care tips in our jewellery care guide.

Can beauty products damage my jewels?
Yes, especially pearls. Do not spray perfume directly onto jewellery as this can damage the quality. For further information please see our jewellery care guide.

How can I contact a Personal Shopper?
Our personal shoppers are on hand to help. Please email or call 020 7224 1808. We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24 hours. Alternatively, please contact one of our sales team at our stores.

I need help/advice about buying a gift, can you help?

I need to buy an engagement ring, can you help?
Yes, we have a wide range of unique designer engagement rings. Simply contact our personal shoppers by email or call them on 020 7224 1808. Alternatively, arrange a private appointment in our Covent Garden store to view the rings in person.

Do you sell gifts for men?
Yes, we stock a wide range of fashion led jewellery for men including cufflinks, rings and necklaces. Should you require further assistance please contact our personal shoppers.

How does the jewellery arrive? Is it boxed and wrapped?
All jewellery is boxed in a Kabiri jewellery pouch and in a Kabiri jewellery box. Please select gift wrapping at checkout for your gift to be beautifully wrapped. There is also an option to include a personal gift message.

How do I buy gift vouchers?

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are listed as In Stock or Out of Stock on the product pages. If an item is out of stock, please email our personal shopper to see if it is available to order.

Does Kabiri offer a bespoke service?
We can offer a bespoke service with a some of our designers. Please speak to our personal shoppers to discuss your requirements.

I am interested in a particular designer/collection/item but it is not featured on your website. Can I get it through you?
If there is a particular jewellery designer or piece that you have seen that is not featured on the website, then please email our personal shopper. We can check availability or advise you of suitable alternatives that will complement your style.

I have a promotional/gift code, how do I activate it?
On the shopping bag page there is a space to enter your gift code. The code will be activated once it is submitted here.

Do I have to register to make a purchase?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, as a guest you will not be able to track your order or save your details.

How do I sign up for the Kabiri newsletter?
On the homepage, simply enter your email address in the sign up box. If you are already a Kabiri customer, log in and alter your details to enable you to receive the newsletter.

What payment methods does Kabiri accept?
We accept all major cards online: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Switch and Amex. We accept payment in GBP (£), US Dollars ($), and Euros (€).

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Kabiri?
Yes, your personal online security is important to us. We are PCI compliant meaning all your personal details and credit card details are stored and transmitted safely and securely.
For additional security, we also use 'Mastercard Secure Code' and 'Verified by Visa' where a personal private password is requested before payment is accepted. You must have an active secure code to shop online with Kabiri.

Is VAT charged online?
Yes. VAT is charged at 17.5% on all products. VAT is not charged on purchases outside the EC. At the checkout stage, when a non EC delivery address is given the VAT element will automatically be deducted.

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, you can purchase items either in pound sterling, euro, or US Dollars. The delivery charge for overseas is £15 to Europe and £20 to the rest of the world. We also offer an express shipment for £35

How do I change currency?
On the top right of the website, select your desired currency in the drop down list.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All prices are inclusive of VAT until you proceed to checkout. At the checkout stage, when a non EC delivery address is given the VAT element will automatically be deducted. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like further assistance with this, please consult your local customs office.

Does Kabiri ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
We ship globally. Please see our delivery information for times and costs.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect your delivery once it has been posted.

Can I get my order delivered today?
If you live in Central London, we offer a same day service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to anyone who lives outside Central London.

Is my package insured?
Yes, all packages we post out are fully insured.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, due to the high value of the items we sell all deliveries will need a signature. We are unable to authorize any package to be delivered without a signature.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an existing order.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
An email confirmation will be sent once an order has been received. Payment will only be debited from your account once the items have been dispatched.
In the rare instance that the items you have ordered are not available, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. A confirmation email will be sent informing you of the cancellation.

Can I track my order?
If you are registered as a Kabiri customer, you can track each stage of your delivery on the Kabiri website. When a package is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to all customers (registered and guests), with the tracking number of the individual parcel.

Can items be returned?
We want you to love, cherish and utterly adore your new jewellery, but in the unlikely event that it's not quite what you were after please see our policy for returns and exchanges for online purchases.

Is my personal information kept private?
You are important to us, and so is your private information. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For further information please see our privacy statement on our terms and conditions.

I am a designer and would like to be stocked on the Kabiri website. How do I go about this?
If you would like to become a Kabiri designer, please contact our buyer Nathalie Kabiri by email at Please include low res jpg images of your collection with a brief description of yourself/collection. Alternatively please email a link to your website. Nathalie cannot reply to all requests.
