Returns and Exchanges

 

Please note we have an extended Returns Policy during December. 

 

We want you to love, cherish and utterly adore your new jewellery, but in the unlikely event that it's not quite what you were after we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Making a return is quick and easy. Just simply email returns@kabiri.co.uk and ask for an RMA number within 14 days from the dispatch of your order.

 

Write this RMA number on the front of your package and post it back to Kabiri within 7 days. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value (less shipping costs) to your card.

 

For an exchange, simply email returns@kabiri.co.uk with details of your original order, and the item(s) you wish to exchange your order for. We will then provide you with an RMA number.

 

Write the RMA number on the front of the package and post this back to us. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will contact you to take any additional payments or refund the difference in price to your card and arrange to post your new order to you.

 

Please Note

  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).
  • Items must be returned, unworn and in good and saleable condition.
  • We recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded delivery service and are insured.
  • Kabiri does not except liability for any retuned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Packages without an RMA number will unfortunatley not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Kabiri.
  • Refunds must be made on the card you used to purchase the goods with.
  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
  • Kabiri does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
