1. Why should I register with Kabiri?

When you register an account with Kabiri, you will receive the following benefits:

The ability to receive our email newsletter with exclusive offers and discounts.

Access to a Wish List where you can store your favourite items and view them each time you login.

Add your address details so that each time you purchase an item from us your details have been stored for your convenience.

Set your currency preference for those of you who order from outside of the UK.

Keep track of your current and previous orders and returned items.


2. How do I return item/s online?

We have a 7 Day Returns Policy for online purchases, which starts from the delivery date. (For items purchased during December, the return date is extended till 7th of January. Items must be returned by this date.)

For hygiene reasons we can not refund earrings.

To return an item you must log in to your account; if you can’t remember your login details, use the password reminder on the login/register page and you will be sent your password.

Once you have logged into your account, access your ‘History and Account Credit’ details.

The item that you wish to return will be listed with any other purchases and marked as ‘shipped’. Click on the ‘details’ button next to the item that you wish to return.

The details page will provide you with an overview of the purchase. Click the ‘return item’ link to ‘mark it for return’ and then click on the ‘continue’ button.

Please provide us with a reason for return, e.g. dislike, wrong size, and then click the ‘return’ button to confirm.

As long as the return is requested within 7 Days of receipt of goods, you will be given a RMA number.

When you return the item, please write this number clearly on the external packaging.

Returned items will be checked to make sure they are in a saleable condition. Assuming they have not been damaged and are saleable we will update your account with the action you have requested i.e. refund or credit.

3. How do I cancel online orders?

Online orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an item has been shipped, you must request a RMA (see above) and ship the goods back to us in a saleable condition.

To cancel orders, go to your account and choose the cancel your order option.

4. How do I use my wish list?

Using a wish list is easy. On each of our product detail pages, there is an ‘add to wish list’ link that will add your items to your list. Your items are accessible each time you login from your ‘My Account’ page and the ‘wish list’ link visible at the top of the website.

5. How do I buy gift vouchers online?

Vouchers are a great way of gifting an item of jewellery. On our product details page you will see a link to ‘purchase vouchers’ click on this, or alternatively visit the following page and follow the online instructions.

You can either send vouchers to yourself or directly to your chosen recipient, all our vouchers will be dispatched in attractive packaging.

Each voucher will have a unique number; the recipient simply registers a Kabiri account and enters the number online to redeem the value of the voucher.

6. I have a promotion, how do I activate it?


All you need to do is login to (or create) a Kabiri account and you will see a text area for you to enter your promotion code. Once you have activated your code, shop as usual and at the checkout stage the promotion will be visible and deducted from the total amount if you wish to use it.

All promotions will have an expiry date. You can keep track of this in your accounts page, however you must use your promotion by the expiry date. View your current promotions by clicking on the ‘History and Account Credit’ details.

7. Can an item of jewellery be adjusted?

Yes, please contact our personal shopper with your request. Please note that not all jewellery can be adjusted.

8. How will the jewellery be packaged?

All purchases are packaged in a Kabiri pouch and box.

9. Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, please select the gift wrapping option on the check out page. Gift wrap is available in four options: Blue paper and black ribbon; blue paper and silver ribbon; orange paper and black ribbon; orange paper and silver ribbon. Gift wrapping costs £3.

10. An item is out of stock on the website, is it still available?

Please email the personal shopper to see if that item is still available and to find out if there is a waiting list for that item.

11. I have seen an item featured in a magazine but it is not on your website. Can it be ordered?

Please email the personal shopper to see if this item is still available, and to find out if there is a waiting list.

12. I have seen a necklace on your website but am unsure how it will sit. Can you send me a photo of it being worn?

Of course. Please email the personal shopper, stating which piece it is, and we will email you a photo.

13. I need a piece of jewellery tonight. Can I get an item delivered in time?

Yes, If you live in London please select the 'London Priority Delivery' option at checkout before 1pm. The item will be delivered that afternoon by courier.

14. I need to buy a gift, can you help?

Buying a gift for someone can be difficult. Please email the personal shopper with any information you have about the person (such as age, hair colour, style), and we can email you a few suggestions for you to select from.

15. I want to see the jewellery before I purchase it, do you have a store?

Yes, we are based at 37 Marylebone High Street, London, W1U 4QE. The closest tube stations are Bond Street or Baker Street. We also have a concession at Selfridges in Oxford Street. Please see the 'Contact Us' section for maps and opening times.
