Josh Hickey - exclusive at Kabiri

After studying literature in Georgetown University, American born designer Josh Hickey moved to paris where he apprenticed with a contemporary jeweller for four years. He then moved to New York, where he worked as a design director for an Interior and event Design firm, creating custom fixtures and decors for events and spaces in the US, Japan, Europe, and South America. Now he is once again in Paris, creating jewellery, sculpture, and set design.

In this collection, he perfects the disctinctive, poetic nature of his work, the quiet, dark elegance elegance of teardrops that fall in melancholic repetition interrupted by radiant gold perfectly timed. Josh creates each piece by hand. Each piece comes directly from the artist, each piece has a life and energy of its own. Josh has also created special editions, collections and installations for clients such as Adidas, Y-3. Betsey Johnson, Benoit Missolin, New York City Ballet and Theory.
